Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are scheduled for elective hip fracture surgery under spinal anesthesia; 2. Aged >= 70 years; 3. ASA I ~ III; 4. Sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Contraindication of spinal anesthesia (such as coagulopathy, puncture site infection); 3. Patients with the abnormal mental state who cannot cooperate; 4. Allergy to local anesthetics.
