Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's bilateral limbs (upper or lower limbs) are burned simultaneously and all need to be treated with Meek skin grafting (Meek skin graft indication: various wounds requiring autologous skin graft.Including: (1) Early removal of scab and necrotic tissue Fresh granulation wounds. (2) The wounds are not skinned after the first phase of scab removal surgery, and the wounds need to be skinned in the second phase. (3) For granulation wounds without obvious infection, old granulation tissue must be removed before transplantation to form fresh dermal wounds); 2. Those who did not undergo skin graft surgery before admission; 3. Age: >= 18 years old; 4. Patients have no cognitive impairment and can make informed consent on their own; 5. The patient accepted the treatment plan provided by the doctor and accepts bilateral limbs to carry out different surgical methods.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose donor sites were insufficient to complete bilateral limb skin grafting at the same time; 2. Patients with hemophilia or patients with spontaneous bleeding tendency; 3. Are participating in or have participated in other clinical research related to burns within 6 months.
