18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet all of the following 1-4 points and any of the5-6 points: 1. Patients who have been implanted with single-chamber/dual-chamber pacemakers/ICD; 2. Adults aged 18 to 80 years; 3. The duration of medication treatment is longer than 3 months; 4. Expected survival time>1 year; 5. Ventricular pacing proportion>40%,LVEF= 50%, LVEF =10% compared with before treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with follow-up; 2. eGFR < 30ml/min; 3. Septic shock; 4. Advanced malignant tumor; 5. Pregnancy or prepared to get pregnancy; 6. Cardiac tamponade or major hydropericardium; 7. Atrial fibrillation.
