18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Reproductive age women of polycystiv ovary syndrome; 2. don't want to be pregnant during the following one year; 3. overweight or obese or insulin resistance; 4. be skilled in using smartphone; 5. be willing to adjust lifestyle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases that need restricting protein intake or exercise; 2. psychological disease; 3. malignant tumor; 4. severe gastrointestinal disease; 5. taken weight reducing medication or operation in the past three months, taken drugs influencing hormone or glucolipid metabolism; 6. allergic to dydrogesterone or metformin; 7. have taken part in the other trial in the past one month; 8. abnormal cervical cytology.
