Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation (atrial fibrillation lasts longer than 7 days); 2. suitable for catheter ablation and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged older than 80 years old,or younger than 18 years old; 2. Heart failure; 3. Valvular heart disease (patients with severe organic heart disease such as severe aortic and mitral stenosis); 4. Hyperkalemia; 5. Inflammation; 6. Infectious diseases; 7. Malignant tumor; 8. Known autoimmune diseases, corticosteroids or other immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory treatments; 9. Atrial fibrillation caused by other secondary factors; 10. Moderate or severe liver injury (Child-Pugh grade B or C); 11. Severe renal failure (estimated glomerular filtration rate <30 ml/1.73 m2 per minute); 12. Inability or reluctance to comply with standard treatment or failure to provide informed consent; 13. Patients with serious contraindications to ACEI drugs; 14. Bilateral renal artery stenosis, isolated kidney with renal vasculopathy; 15. Pregnant women. Related to the lesion: 1. Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
