18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 to 70 years, Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation (APACH II) scoring eight points or more, NRS2002 score 3 points or more; (2) ICU patients with mechanical ventilation duration > 48h and early enteral nutrition support, the estimated length of stay in ICU >=7 days; (3) RASS>=-2; (4) The respiratory and circulatory system is stable, and allow early out-of-bed mobilization after medical staff evaluate the patient'condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to communicate; (2) Patients with bleeding tendency; (3) Two vasoactive drugs were used; (4) Receive important invasive treatment; (5) Increased intracranial pressure; (6) Acute coronary syndrome; (7) Patients with surgical trauma.
