Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Above 18 years old; 2. CCTA examination was performed in the radiology department and invasive coronary angiography and FFR examination were performed within 1 month; 3. CCTA image quality is good, complete, no obvious movement and breathing artifacts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Iodine contrast agent allergy or presence of nitroglycerin contraband; 2. pregnant or nursing women; 3. severe arrhythmia; 4. decompensated cardiac insufficiency; 5. severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. after coronary artery bypass grafting or coronary stent implantation; 7. patients with complex congenital heart disease; 8. BMI>35kg/m2 when CTA was performed; 9. the patient has any active, serious or life-threatening disease and the life expectancy is less than 2 months; 10. the patient had acute coronary syndrome (acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris) within 1 month.
