Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients with cerebral apoplexy (including ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke) who meet the diagnostic criteria of diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases, Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage (2014) and Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke (2018) formulated by the Chinese Medical Association, and confirmed by brain CT or MRI; 3. Patients with certain language communication ability (token test >= 17 points); 4. Patients without cognitive impairment (MMSE >= 17 points); 5. Patients with certain self-care ability (ADL >= 40 points); 6. Patients with informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other major diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe trauma and other critical diseases; 2. Patients with a history of serious mental illness and family history; 3. Patients who are participating in other studies.
