Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with TNM stage I and stage IIA primary breast cancer; 2. Patients who want to undergo total mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy in our hospital; 3. Patients with complete clinical data; 4. Patients with normal heart, lung, liver and kidney functions; 5. Patients with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical NAC infiltration; 2. Patients with inflammatory breast cancer or Paget's disease confirmed by preoperative pathology; 3. Patients with two or more lesions; 4. Patients who have received neoadjuvant chemotherapy or hormone therapy; 5. Objects in pregnancy or lactation period.
