Group A1: 3-6 years old (concentration group):Increase or decrease the concentration of ropivacaine depending on the Skin incision reaction
Group A2: 3-6 years old (capacity group):Increase or decrease the capacity of ropivacaine according to the Skin incision reaction
Group B1: 6-12 years old (concentration group):Increase or decrease the concentration of ropivacaine depending on the Skin incision reaction
Group B2: 6-12 years old (capacity group):Increase or decrease the capacity of ropivacaine according to the Skin incision reaction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3-6 years ;6-12 years; 2. ASA I-II; 3. To perform laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair; 4. Informed consent of the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for sacral canal block, including abnormal coagulation function, severe hypovolemia, systemic infection, puncture site infection or tumor, nervous system disease, spinal deformity, mental illness, etc. 2. Have a history of ropivacaine allergy.
