Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric cancer were diagnosed by endoscopic localization and tissue specimens for pathological examination; 2. Patients with type 2 diabetes (diagnostic criteria for diabetes established by the World Health Organization in 2016); 3. Glycosylated hemoglobin < 8%; 4. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 5. No preoperative antineoplastic therapy such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 6. The patient and his family members informed consent to this study, and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who were judged by the doctor to be unsuitable to participate in this study; 2. Patients with ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, patients with cardiac function > II (NYHA), recent CABG patients, patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=110 mmHg); 3. Patients with distant metastasis of tumor; 4. Patients with severe infection, respiratory insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh >=10; creatinine clearance 10% in half a year or grade C of SGA nutritional status assessment, BMI <18, Hb <70g/L); 9. patients with abnormal glucose metabolism caused by drug-induced hyperglycemia or other causes other than diabetes; 10. patients who are unable to complete the accelerated rehabilitation surgery procedure or have obvious contraindications of accelerated rehabilitation surgery; 11. patients with severe edema, infection and disturbance of peripheral blood circulation; 12. pregnant and lactating women, subjects with pregnancy plans within 1 month after the trial (including male subjects); 13. participate in other clinical trials within 3 months before the trial; 14. sponsors or researchers who are directly involved in the trial or their family members.
