60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II; 2. patients aged 60-80 years, who scheduled to undergo a diagnostic upper gastrointestinal endoscopy; 3. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to benzodiazepines and any of the designer ingredients; 2. Myasthenia gravis; 3. Schizophrenia and severe depression; 4. Pathological obesity/obstructive sleep apnea; 5. Acute upper respiratory tract infection; 6. Asthma attack period; Uncontrolled severe hypertension; 7. Unstable angina; 8. Severe liver dysfunction; 9. Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding with shock; 10. Severe anemia; 11. Gastrointestinal obstruction with gastric content retention; 12. A history of long-term sedative and analgesic medication and allergy.
