Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases were from patients undergoing internal jugular vein puncture in our hospital. Inclusion criteria: 1) patients undergoing internal jugular vein puncture; 2) patients aged 18-80 years; 3) patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with thyroid disease or other abnormal anatomy of the neck; 2) Those with abnormal coagulation function; 3) Those with severe heart, liver and kidney disease and mental diseases who cannot communicate correctly; 4) Known drugs for this subject Allergy sufferers.
