Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) High-risk neonates who had visited our department were evaluated by GMs at least one assessment of the stage of restless movement; (2) All the subjects had completed structural skull MRI within a month of correction; (3) Follow-up up to 1 year old (correction) had clear motor development outcomes according to clinical neurological manifestations and developmental assessments. Infants with the following risk factors: 1. Gestational age =20mg/dL (nuclear jaundice) or ABO hemolysis; 9. Had a serious illness within 4 months of birth; 10. Infants with suspicious motor development within 4 months of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of genetic metabolic diseases
