Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Successful Thrombolysis after mechanical thrombectomy in AIS patients with anterior circulation macrovascular occlusion was defined as: Improved Cerebral infarction Thrombolysis standard [Modified Thrombolysis in mTICI]>=2B; 2. Modified Rankin scale score (mRS) =6 at admission; 4. NIHSS score at admission >=6; 5. Informed consent of the Subject or its legally authorized representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CT or MRI scan showed significant midline shift mass effect; 2. Failure to follow up for 90 days; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Contraindications for distal ischemic adaptation: severe soft tissue injury, fracture, myalgia and other known peripheral vascular lesions of the upper limb.
