Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study were indications for the surgical treatment of BPH. IPSS> 12 QoL>=4 Qmax=20g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from severe infectious diseases, or other diseases of the urinary system; suffering from major organ failure, unable to tolerate surgical treatment.Patients with neurogenic bladder, bladder cancer, history of prostate surgery, prostate cancer, urethral stricture and incomplete coagulation.
