Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children with congenital heart disease whose age is less than 6 months and weight is less than 6 kg; (2) preoperative thyroid function (total T3, FT3, T4, FT4, TSH) is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are other system deformities; (2) liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) thyroxine drugs and iodine preparation.
