Laparoscopic surgery in children

Interventions

Remifentanil ED group(Phase I test):Increase or decrease the doses of remifentanil according to the tracheal intubation response
Propofol ED group (phase II test):Increase or decrease the doses ofPropofol according to the tracheal intubation response
Observation group (phase III test):different doses of propofol (ED50, ED75, ED95) combined with remifentanil (ED50, ED75, ED95) were given for anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 1-3 years ; 2) ASA I-II; 3) To perform laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair; 4) Informed consent of the patient's family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unforeseen difficult airway; 2) Have a history of opioid allergy.
