65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elective spinal surgery; 2. Patients with prone position; 3. Patients undergoing tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 4. Patients over 65 years old; 5. Patients without cognitive dysfunction, delirium, restlessness, dementia and other medical history before operation; 6. Patients without nervous system related diseases; 7. Patients who voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with craniocerebral injury, intracranial hypertension and cerebrovascular disease history; 2. Patients with history of ophthalmic diseases; 3. Patients who can't understand Ricker's sedation agitation score (SAS), cam score and coordination evaluation; 4. Patients in supine position; 5. Emergency spine surgery patients; 6. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study.
