Interventions

Low risk group:Induction remission stage: Glucocorticoid + cyclophosphamide
Maintain remission stage: Hormone + azathioprine / methotrexate / mycophenolate mofetil
Medium risk group:Induction remission stage: Methylprednisolone + intravenous cyclophosphamide or rituximab
Maintain remission stage: Hormone + azathioprine / mycophenolate mofetil / rituximab
High risk group:Induction: Methylprednisolone + cyclophosphamide + rituximab + plasma exchange
Maintain: Hormone + azathioprine / mycophenolate mofetil / rituximab
control group:Induction: Methylprednisolone + intravenous cyclophosphamide
Maintain: Hormone + azathioprine / methotrexate / mycophenolate mofetil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients under the age of 18 years old with regular follow-up in the hospital; 2. All the children in the group met the following inclusion and exclusion criteria: (1) In line with the definition of ANCA related vasculitis in the 2012 U.S. chapel hill conference; (2) Renal damage was identified.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary vasculitis (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Henoch Schonlein purpura, drugs, tumors, infections, etc.); 2. Patients with primary renal diseases (such as IgA nephropathy, membranous nephropathy and anti glomerular basement membrane nephritis).
