18 Years to 69 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients can use wechat platform by themselves or under the guidance of their families; 2. Patients who had the first general gastroscopy (non painless gastroscopy); 3. Patients with clear consciousness and no communication barrier; 4. Outpatients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; 2. patients with mental illness; 3. Emergency gastroscopy patients; 4. Patients with hearing impairment; 5. On the same day, patients who need invasive operation such as enteroscopy, enhanced CT, puncture under the guidance of B ultrasound, etc..
