Inclusion criteria: Pre-training medical students of West China School of Medicine SCU who chose this course.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy. 2. Students who refuse to take part in the study. 3. Students who could not follow the study protocol during the study period for various reason were excluded.
