Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with RSA were diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome, namely, anti cardiolipin antibody (ACA), lupus anticoagulant (lupus anti) Coagulant, LA), anti beta 2 glycoprotein 1 antibody (beta 2-gp1), anti phosphatidylserine / prothrombin antibody (PSPT), anti thrombin antibody (APT), anti phosphatidylinositol amine antibody (API), anti phosphatidylserine antibody (APS), anti phosphatidylethanolamine antibody (APE), Anti annexin A2 antibody, anti annexin A5 antibody, anti endothelial cell antibody (AECA), anti beta 2-glycoprotein domain antibody, anti vimentin antibody, anti protein S antibody, anti protein C antibody, anti alpha - Catenin antibody, any kind of antibody are positive. (according to the American Society of reproductive medicine, two or more pregnancy failures are defined as recurrent abortion patients) 2. Patients with normal karyotypes of both spouses; 3. No abnormal uterus was found by hysteroscopy or ultrasonography; 4. Patients who need anticoagulation prevention or treatment in clinical evaluation; 5. Patients without contraindications of anticoagulants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with normal reproductive hormones: pre pregnancy diabetes, thyroid diseases, etc 2. Patients with infectious diseases; 3. Patients with contraindications to anticoagulants; 4. Patients who are allergic to treatment drugs.
