Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly emerged joint pain in hand (wrist, metacarpal finger and proximal interphalangeal joint) (2 weeks < duration time <= 1 year). 2. Duration time of Morning stiff in Hand joints (wrist, metacarpophalangeal joint and proximal interphalangeal joint) are more than 30 minutes. 3. The first-level relatives in the family suffered from RA. 4. Serum rheumatoid factor (RF) or anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibody was positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the 1987 or 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification diagnostic criteria. 2. Joint pain accompanied by joint swelling. 3. There are other reasons for joint pain that can be explained.
