Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 1, 2012 to March 1, 2020, we visited children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University and other cooperative units for ANCA related vasculitis. Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of onset was under 18 years old, and the patients were followed up regularly in the hospital; 2. All the children in the group met the following inclusion and exclusion criteria: In line with the definition of ANCA - associated vasculitis in the 2012 U.S. chapel hill conference.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude patients with secondary vasculitis (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Henoch Schonlein purpura, drugs, tumors, infections, etc.); 2. Patients with primary renal diseases (such as IgA nephropathy, membranous nephropathy and anti glomerular basement membrane nephritis).
