Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with the adaptation certificate of OUKA; 2. Consent to participate in the research and to undergo surgery (standardized mobile platform unicompartmental technique, OUKA); 3. Can cooperate with specific treatment: review at the prescribed time, insist on regular rehabilitation exercises and complete information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inflammatory arthritis; 2. Aged 15 degree; 4. Flexion deformity > 10 degree; 5. Cartilage wear in the lateral compartment weight-bearing area; 6. History of high tibial osteotomy; 7. Allergic body and allergy to PSI materials, metals; 8. The lack of compliance with medical advice on rehabilitation exercises and review, which makes it difficult to determine the effectiveness of treatment; 9. Infectious diseases and other conditions of the body that are not intolerant of surgery.
