15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15-65 years old; 2. patients are in complete remission(CR1/CR2) who received haploidentical allo-HSCT; 3. KFS score >=90%; 4. WBC engraftment(ANC>500/ul for continuous 3 days); 5. Patients who have occured III-IV aGVHD; 6. no severe infections; 7. no active II-IV aGVHD and engraftment syndrome; 8. IL-2 intervention should be started within 3 months after transplantation in principle; 9. non T-ALL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor patient compliance; 2. Active II-IV aGVHD; 3. Patients who has serious damage of the heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 4. Exposure to any other clinical trails prior to enrollment; 5. The researchers considered it inappropriate for patients to participate in observational studies.
