Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual with K10 (Kessler Scale) score more than 21 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The object of self injury or suicide risk; 2. The object of the attack or the destructive behavior to the group 3. Severe unstable somatic or mental diseases without professional diagnosis (such as asthma, heart disease, cardio-cerebrovascular disease, nervous system disease, schizophrenia, etc.); 4. With history of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. With history of severe trauma or diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
