Group A of Patients with severe OSA with mandibular retraction:CPAP

Group B of Patients with severe OSA with mandibular retraction:MAD

Group C of Patients without severe OSA with mandibular retraction:CPAP

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe OSA; 2. Patients with mandibular retrusion (anb > 4.7 degrees, SNB < 76.2 degrees); 3. Patients aged over 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. OSAHS patients without mandibular retrusion; 2. Patients who have received relevant OSAHS treatment; 3. Those who abuse drugs or alcohol (such as sleeping pills, alcohol, drugs, etc.); 4. Patients with other untreated sleep related diseases (such as narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, etc.); 5. Patients with OSAHS were treated with OA and CPAP at the same time.
