Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In principle, the age is not more than 37 years old, the age limit can be appropriately relaxed according to the ovarian reserve function and personal wishes. 2. As a result of the primary disease and its treatment, short-term need to receive radiotherapy, chemotherapy or other patients who may cause a high risk of POI. 3. The prognosis of primary disease is good, and the 5-year survival rate is higher. 4. At least 3 days before the beginning of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 5. Can tolerate laparoscopic or open ovarian tissue extraction 6. The patient signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The function of ovarian reserve is low, and POI has occurred before cryopreservation. 2. Patients with malignant ovarian tumors or suspected primary ovarian metastasis by imaging. 3. The patient's physical condition is not good, and can not tolerate the surgery of ovarian tissue extraction.
