Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy perinatal women of Han nationality; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Subjects aged 20-40 years; 4. Participants of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV infected patients; 2. tuberculosis patients; 3. Patients with acute infectious diseases; 4. Patients with serious heart and kidney diseases; 5. Patients taking drugs that affect metabolism; 6. The baby has congenital or genetic diseases.
