Interventions

Supplement of branched chain amino acids:On the basis of routine liver cirrhosis treatment, branched chain amino acids were added as a meal before sleep
Low intensity exercise group:During the 3-month intervention period, walk slowly under the guidance and observation of professionals, take an additional 2000 steps / day, monitor the changes of heart
Exercise intervention group supplemented with branched chain amino acids:Combined supplementation of branched chain amino acids and low intensity exercise at the same time

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, male and female unlimited; 2. According to the results of medical history, imaging, biochemistry and endoscopy, it meets the diagnostic criteria of compensatory cirrhosis of liver branch of Chinese Medical Association; 3. There were no acute complications related to portal hypertension such as gastrointestinal hemorrhage, spontaneous peritonitis and hepatic encephalopathy in recent 3 months; 4. Serious diseases of organs other than liver were excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the past 12 months, there was a special history of supplementing branched chain amino acids; 2. Patients with tumor or other consumptive diseases; 3. Those with type 2 diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease and kidney disease that may affect the research results; 4. Those who have medium to large amount of ascites or can't tolerate low intensity exercise; 5. Those who do not comply with the research plan due to poor compliance; 6. The researcher believes that it is necessary to exclude or not suitable to continue to participate in the study.
