18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. Patients with definite diagnosis of bronchial asthma: Previous bronchial provocation test or bronchodilation test was positive; 3. Patients in stable condition: no change of condition and treatment plan within four weeks, and no use of systemic glucocorticoids within one month; 4. Non smoking objects; 5. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent. 6. Patients with baseline FEV1% PRED < 80%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with chronic diseases of respiratory system or other systems, such as pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, rheumatic immune disease, uncontrolled severe hypertension or heart disease, etc; 3. patients with contraindications to the use of oral glucocorticoids, such as active peptic ulcer, severe osteoporosis, glaucoma, diabetes, etc 4. Patients who can not cooperate with induced sputum and laboratory test; 5. Other researchers found that it was not suitable to participate in this study.
