Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing at least one- time autologous fat transfer for breast augmentation, in which post-operative nodule formation were observed on operation zone in 6 months to 1 year after their primary surgeries. 2. Patients operated with primary breast reconstruction with DIEP flaps and secondary revision surgery due to minor necrosis in transferred flaps, which occurred in 4 to 6 months after the primary flap transfer. 3.Patients consented to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who had systematic diseases, other diseases, or medication history were excluded from the study.
