Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overweight or obese knee osteoarthritis participants with grade 2 or 3 (based on Kellgren and Lawrence radiographic scale) Both males and females, Age between 45-60 years, Residing in the urban community of Lahore.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis; Orthopaedic problem; Spinal deformities or Any previous injections of the knee.
