Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients should choose the cl-v valve on their own initiative; 2. Patients with valvular heart disease with mitral or (and) aortic disease due to various causes; 3. Patients aged 18-70 years; 3. Informed consent of the patient or legal representative is required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with concomitant diseases, such as: acute, subacute endocarditis, coronary heart disease, aneurysm, aortic dissection, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, blood or endocrine diseases, recent neurological events; 3. Patients with large left ventricle with decreased EF and FS; 4. Patients with cardiac cachexia valvular disease; 5. Patients with liver, kidney and lung dysfunction before operation can be treated as appropriate; 6. Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension (> 60mmhg), chronic pulmonary disease; 7. Patients with unstable vital signs before operation; 8. Second heart surgery.
