Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender; 2. All cases are newly treated mycobacterial pulmonary disease, and the diagnosis standard is in accordance with the tuberculosis diagnosis standard issued by the Ministry of health on November 9, 2017 and the consensus of experts on diagnosis and treatment of non tuberculosis mycobacterial disease issued in 2012; 3. Patients who need bronchoscopy due to their condition have no contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart, lung, brain, kidney, gastrointestinal and systemic diseases; 2. Patients who simultaneously used the drugs that affected the observation of the therapeutic effect of this study; 3. Patients who are unable to express their complaints, such as psychosis and severe neurosis; 4. Patients with poor compliance and uncooperative; 5. Pregnant women, lactating women or women of childbearing age who are ready to be pregnant; 6. In the opinion of the study physician, there are any circumstances that are not suitable for inclusion.
