Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No age limit, no gender limit. (2) Patients with tumors in the saddle area, all patients were confirmed as tumors in the saddle area (glioma, pituitary tumor, craniopharyngioma) by postoperative pathological section; (3) Was treated at Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 2017 to December 2017; (4) Patients routinely undergo MRI plain scan + enhanced scan; (5) Medical records and imaging data are kept intact and followed up for more than one year, all patients are in follow-up after surgery; (6) Follow-up for more than 3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious basic organ diseases, such as severe heart disease; (2) Women during pregnancy.
