Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis standard of diabetes is the standard of revising the diagnosis and classification of diabetes proposed by who in 1999, and the patients with a history of more than 3 years; 2. Patients aged 25-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 2. Patients with blood electrolyte disorder; 3. Patients with atrioventricular block; 4. Patients allergic to lidocaine; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Patients with neuromuscular diseases; 7. Patients who have used drugs that may affect neuromuscular function before operation.
