40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients over 40 years old, gender is not limited. 2. ASA is classified as grade I-II, and heart function is classified as grade I-II. 3. Patients who agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension and endocrine history; 2. Patients with obvious heart diseases, including: sick sinus, atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block, left or right bundle branch block; 3. Patients with sinus tachycardia or bradycardia; 4. Patients taking sedatives for a long time; 5. Patients with autonomic nervous function diseases; 6. Patients with neuropathy or psychosis; 7. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Patients who are allergic to narcotic drugs; 9. Patients with pacemakers; 10. Patients who converted to laparotomy during operation.
