Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis of primary dilated cardiomyopathy was made in the Department of cardiovascular medicine, Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat sen University. After that, the patients who received standard drug treatment for a long time were collected the data of in-patient and out-patient follow-up. During this period, they were followed up or re admitted to our hospital and reexamined the color Doppler echocardiography. 2. For the diagnosis of DCM, please refer to the standard of China DCM diagnosis and treatment guide 2018: (1) Lved > 5.0cm (female) and lved > 5.5cm (male) or more than 117% of the predicted values of age and body surface; (2) LVEF < 45% and / or lvfs < 25%; (3) Serious ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease and congenital heart disease are excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with more than 6 months' history of anti heart failure drug treatment; 2. Patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, congenital heart disease, primary (organic) heart valve disease, hypertensive heart disease, pericardial disease and pulmonary heart disease; 3. Patients with other systemic diseases that may affect the structure and function of the heart, such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, amyloidosis, pheochromocytoma, systemic lupus erythematosus, Behcet's disease, etc.; 4. Patients with acquired dilated cardiomyopathy such as alcoholic cardiomyopathy and perinatal cardiomyopathy; 5. Patients who did not receive standard drug treatment; 6. Patients with malignant tumor, serious infection, serious damage of liver and kidney function or other end-stage diseases; 7. Patients receiving cardiac resynchronization therapy or left ventricular assist device.
