Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. About 300 newborns (i.e. 28 days from birth); 2. The family members agreed to participate in the study, including blood collection and follow-up process, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with genetic and chromosomal diseases, such as Down's syndrome; 2. Patients with immunodeficiency diseases, such as HIV, lymphoma, etc; 3. Patients with coagulation disorders such as hemophilia.
