Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of aortic dissection in Braunwald Cardiology, it was diagnosed as aortic dissection by echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, MRI and CTA: 2. The first time received cardiac surgery; 3. The age was over 18 years old; 4. The vital signs were stable within 72 hours after operation, SpO2 > 90%, hemodynamics was stable, dopamine dosage < 10 µ g / kg / min, noradrenaline dosage < 0.3ug/kg/min; 5. Within 72 hours after the operation, the consciousness was clear, the communication was good, and the patients could cooperate with the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney; 2. Neurological dysfunction, acute renal failure requiring hemofiltration, malperfusion syndrome, osteofascial compartment syndrome and other serious complications immediately after operation; 3. Psychosis; 4. Other conditions not suitable for rehabilitation treatment.
