Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute pancreatitis and chronic pancreatitis were clinically diagnosed. Acute pancreatitis: It has 2 of the following 3 criteria and can be diagnosed as AP: 1. Abdominal pain is consistent with the disease; 2. The serum amylase and / or lipase were more than 3 times of the upper limit of normal value; 3. Abdominal imaging has characteristic changes. For the patients with unclear diagnosis or no improvement in the initial 48-72 hours after admission, enhanced CT and / or MRI scan of pancreas is feasible. Chronic pancreatitis: Main diagnosis basis: 1. Typical imaging manifestations; 2. Typical pathological changes. Secondary diagnosis basis: 1. Recurrent upper abdominal pain; 2. The blood amylase was abnormal; 3. Pancreatic exocrine dysfunction; At the same time, at least 2 secondary diagnostic criteria can be met.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe mental disease and bleeding disease who can not tolerate blood collection; 2. Pregnant or lactating women can't tolerate radiographs; 3. Patients with malignant tumors.
