Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Objects whose age must be between 18-30 years old; 2. The temporary residence is a group of people with Zhejiang University of technology and industry as the center, and the range is around 3km; 3. 50 people without allergic history and 250 people with allergic history; 4. College students or graduate students who have no other special diseases, regular life, bad habits such as smoking and drinking, and light diet; 5. Those who have not used antibiotics in the past half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People allergic to drugs such as penicillin.
