Age
44 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Postmenopausal healthy women; (2) No history of systemic antibiotics or vaginal local drug use within 2 weeks; (3) No sexual activity within 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hysterectomy or bilateral adnexectomy has been performed; (2) Those with intrauterine devices; (3) Those who are undergoing post-menopausal hormone replacement; (4) Taking hormones or immunosuppressive drugs for other diseases; (5) Patients with heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and other internal medical diseases; (6) Patients with trichomonas vaginitis, vulvovaginal candidiasis and other vaginal diseases; (7) Patients with tumors or cervical lesions.
