Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were selected for elective valve replacement or valvular shaping

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiac surgery, dissection, pregnant woman, hemodynamic instability (requires maintenance of vasoactive drugs), severe liver disease (alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase > 150U), renal insufficiency (creatinine>1.5mg /dl), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (expired first second expiratory volume less than 0.8L), history of nervous system, carotid artery stenosis, severely infected patients (calcitonin>0.5ug/L, CRP greater than 8.5,), diabetes.
