Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 2-12 years; 2. In February, the subjects with mild adenoid hypertrophy or above and / or unilateral or bilateral tonsil hypertrophy or above in the mouth were seen on the medial radiograph; 3. The sleep video of one side mirror taken by parents without upper respiratory tract infection shows mouth opening breathing; 4. PSG monitoring during open mouth sleep was diagnosed as normal or simple snoring or mild OSA; 5. Parents recorded one week of sleep with lip sticking, and the next morning when the tape was still in place for more than 5 days; 6. Analysis of cephalometric cephalometric analysis of cephalometric lateral film anb >=4; 7. The guardian shall sign the informed consent, and the child over 10 years old shall sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Raynaud's syndrome, onychomycosis and low capillary perfusion; 2. Patients using ventilator or other oral appliances in PSG monitoring; 3. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection or allergic rhinitis at the stage of attack; 4. Patients with other syndromes; 5. Patients with drugs related to adenosis in the last month.
