18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 18 years; 2. Secondary to intraventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage or intracranial hematoma; 3. Evans index > 0.3; 4. Lumbar puncture showed that the subarachnoid space of spinal cord was connected with ventricles, and the pressure of lumbar puncture was between 70-200 mmHg; 5. Patients with good general condition and no contraindications for operation; 6. Patients are willing to participate in this trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with obstructive hydrocephalus.
