Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 40 or above; 2. Patients without coronary heart disease, stroke and peripheral artery disease; 3. Patients who sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage hepatorenal diseases (uremia, renal failure, cirrhosis, liver failure); 2. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive disorders; 3. There are any other factors that the researcher thinks are not suitable for the study.
